These shoes are so cute and fit great, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the pair I received had clearly been worn and arrived damaged. I bought them specifically for vacation, and now it looks like I won’t be able to get a replacement in time. I was so excited to wear them, and it’s incredibly frustrating to receive a worn, damaged pair when I expected new shoes. Such a letdown.
