This is a supplement that would probably benefit most adults. It has vitamins K1, K2/MK4, and K2/MK7. Other ingredients are coconut oil, natural carob, softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water) - nothing harmful.

Vitamin K is supposed to be really good for you. I take it as a part of my stack. I know some people will complain in the reviews about sourcing but to be honest, I have a decent size supplement stack so I can't afford for it all to be fully organic.I do think, (or perhaps hope strongly) that Micro Ingredients is good quality. I have a good amount of powders and supplements from them and it seems to be good quality good price,No complaints here at the moment.Customer Service has been cool to me for the most part, I can't take away points from them there.Seems to be a good value company to me.

I love these softgels, they are easy to swallow and digest, and the virgin coconut oil base is a great touch. It not only aids in the absorption of the vitamin but also offers additional health benefits. I appreciate that the softgels are made with high-quality ingredients and are free from artificial additives. The softgels are small and have no aftertaste. I am very happy with this purchase. The little oil pills are smaller than I expected, so I'm pleasantly surprised. Five stars for exceptional quality and excellent health benefits! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality K2 product!

This is a good vitamin K supplement. I like that it's a blend of multiple forms of K. It contains MK-4, MK-7, and K1. The MK-7 is most important in my opinion, and the dosage of 100mcg per serving is good but a little on the low side. Some better vitamin K supplements contain 180mcg or more per serving - but the high dose of MK-4 and K1 make up for it.Note that the serving size is actually 2 softgels...so this product will really only last 180 servings, which makes it a less good value than I originally thought.As far as third party testing, I would like to see more transparency and public publishing of the lab results. I reached out but they did not immediately share the 3rd party lab results.

No noticeable flavor, no stomach issues, been using in my daily vitamin/ supplement routine for the past few months and seem to have an improved energy level. My Dr. recommended I take vitamin K daily.

The best price on Vit K. It includes both MK-4 and MK-7 versions of K2, as well as K1. Gel caps are easy to swallow (I actually chew them as all gels can pass before completely dissolving for me). I like that there's a 6-month's supply. Enough to have to order them twice a year, but no so many that they go bad before using them all.

I take with AD and E for the best results.

Excellent Super K with all three types of vitamin K, I only wish they were in a single gel cap per serving.
