Excellent service
Product is good. But this time service by Amazon n Borosil is excellent. Why I'm saying this ? I recieved 2 of 4 cups/mugs broken so I requested to replace it. within 2-3 days replacement is delivered with safety, no broken cups. Thnks n keep it up.

Borosil cups very comfortable to use in microwave and very touching to see tea color.

Bad service & bad product
Two cups put of four were broken. The quality of the cups is very fragile. I thought since it is by Borosil the quality would be good. But it was not for what the cost was. Plus the delivery person marked the product as delivered to meet the 12pm deadline but delivered only after two hours by when I already raised a complaint on the website. Product was not packed in bubble wrap considering the product was a glass item. Bad service. Bad product.
