We were searching for a good carpet since a long time and based on the reviews, choose Ozone carpets.We initially ordered 5x7 carpet. Delivery was a bit late but seller contacted us informed us about it.After the carpet arrived, the carpet was quite big for our space so we contacted the seller for return and placed our exchange order for a customized size (6x3). And all of this was done so easily. Appreciate the seller for prompt response and be in touch till the order was delivered.The quality of the product is excellent with a thickness of approx. 1.5 inch. Very much satisfied with the material, colour, softness , texture , size and customer service.Will definetly contact Ozone carpets for future purchases.
