I wouldn't recommend this if you plan to use this for losing weight, since this doesn't contain Mother Vinegar. However, this is much cheaper than other brands and has is beneficial in its own right. I used to have very dull and rough hair, even after conditioning. However, i use ACV (3 tsp of vinegar with 10 tsp of water) for my shoulder length hair and apply it for 30 minutes, shampoo and condition as usual. This has definitely made my hair very shiny and soft in just 2 sittings. I would recommend it to anyone facing the same problem because of pollution and damage as this brings quick result. Also, it helps in controlling dandruff problem.

I ordered this one after watching some youtube videos on its aid in weight loss and inch loss. But after buying just two bottles from American Garden, I came forward to many other health benefits of ACV. first of all, yes it helps in getting the cortisol down, which in turn helps in healthy weight loss. But, we need to be aware that its vinegar and therefore should be in a glass bottle, otherwise the acid reacts with the plastic and ultimately we have plastic that too on an empty stomach. that's definitely a big NOOO. moreover, this one is filtered leading to the destruction of some good benefits. ACV should have a 'mother' in it. 'Mother' is the cloudy thing with some strands that you see in the bottle. I have consumed two bottles of ACV from this brand. It's definitely value for money. the flavors were ok-ok neither too harsh nor light. it definitely makes one feel light and active. Okay, so what have I done with the other one, after consuming one bottle, I've used the second one as a conditioner. you can mix one part ACV and 5 parts of water and this mix works wonders on your hair.

Most people have used this as cooking vinegar. I use it as a cleaning substance and its excellent. Unfortunately in India cleaning vinegar is not available cheaply (as people are not aware of its uses in cleaning) so we are forced to use cooking vinegar. Vinegar has a slight acidic action, and is safe to use in the kitchen to bring a shine to surfaces and remove stains. I have poured this into a spray bottle and use it in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Far better to use this than the expensive stain removers. Best is that this product removes hard water stains, although gradually for some stubborn ones. I am still waiting for Amazon to start selling the vinegars they sell on their american sites, cheap cleaning vinegar. as that vinegar is white, it can used on clothes too.
