Why is it better?
I have recently been on a salt hunt… trying to find some new salt that doesn’t make me gag “in a pinch”.. I have POTS and sometimes the only way to regulate my health problems is with a pinch of salt. I’m not sure why… but this salt in particular has quickly become my favorite. It’s coarse.. but not hard… and the flavor is a mix of salt and aged cheese. That sounds crazy, but it’s the best description I can give.

This is my first time getting the Sel Gris in this format. I have the Gros Sel, but it's far too moist to put in a grinder. This perfect. I have just recently completed a 2nd purchase of the Gros Sel (coarse Sel Gris)--28oz bag--and the 2-pack Fleur de Sel. I made the same purchase over a year ago and it took that long to go through it all. High quality, hand harvested sea salt at a quality price. I couldn't recommend it more.
