Good but not awesome!
Two use cases.1. For support after surgery, fractures etc.2. Posture correction - Crossed shoulders syndrome, Kyphosis, Rounded shoulders, HunchbackWorks in two ways.1. Helps you develop some muscle memory which helps in fixing posture.2. Stretches your muscles, brings rib cage in correct position.PROS1. cheaper than other belts and alternatives2. it works, does what it promises (got today, need to wait to see results)3. I don't see any well rated alternatives in this price range online in India, however there are tons of posture correction belts listed on Amazon US site.CONS1. hard to put tightly on your own2. not very comfortable, for sure design and material could have been made more comfortable, lighter, slimmer3. cannot wear for more than 1-2 ours (at least initially, don't know later on)Deserves a 4, but not 5.

Bad product and service
Bad quality and not comfortable to use. I wanted to return it because of bad product but it also does not allow me to do that. Not a good product. While using is only it lost its shape and very uncomfortable.

Just keep the two sides strapped ON and wear it like a shirt from over your head
The media could not be loaded. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer so my neck and shoulders were hurting so I bought it for posture correction. Wearing this brace really helped and I don't need it regularly now.Initially I needed someone to help me put this on. However I have 'discovered' a way by which I can put this ON by myself, without any help. Just keep the two sides strapped ON and wear it like a shirt from over your head. I guess people with Spondylitis or those who can not lift their shoulders over their head will not be able to wear it without help.

Not comfortable
I don't know if I bought a small size or if the product is supposed to be this way. It's difficult to wear it alone. And it hurts in the armpits. The band going under is so thick it looks really strange. Planning to return this belt.

This was one of the fastest delivery of any product I ordered online. Good job Amazon.Now to the product, packaging was really good. No doubt.The product material is good, it is soft at places to give good comfort.I bought it to correct my posture and I should say it does the job which it should do.I wore it for some time(over a T-shirt), it fit good. After wearing it for some time, you will feel your muscles are stretched and you will feel the difference over the time
