Okay, it works better than expected, a bit too good actually. Unlike the traditional PIR sensors, a microwave sensor (like this one) works on the principle of the Doppler effect, which in layman terms means that this is a real presence sensor because it detects the movements in the microwave signals it emits, when you get within the range of its signal. This is as easy to install as a PIR sensor, but I'd suggest you install it a bit towards the center of the ceiling (if you are installing it in your washroom) and not closer to the door because you don't want it to get triggered everytime someone passes by OUTSIDE your washroom door in case the door remains open. The durability of this one still needs to be tested but it looks solid and is totally worth.

It’s very sensitive to light. Took sometime to adjust lux levels in my bathroom to make it work. It would not turn off at all and some times turns back on after turn off. Still under observation.

Perfect product working fine and sensors are very fast too.
