I've always had back pain. I've tried balling up pillows under my lumbar. But, I never felt like that really worked. This is such a simple way to make my back feel so much better.I'm older, so you're not going to see me rolling around on the floor to use this. It works perfectly fine on our sectional couch, and I can lay on this Back Stretcher easily across the cushions. Almost immediately, my back feels so much relief. I'm using it at level two and that gives my back plenty of arch. The bumps going down the back stretcher don't hurt me at all, however I've always used it with a fairly thick t-shirt or tank, and I wouldn't want to lay on it bare. I find that flexing my shoulders while I'm on the back stretcher gives kind of a massage movement. It doesn't take long, maybe 5 minutes, for me to finish, and I'm feeling better again.I've also found that if I put it at level 4 and slip it behind my back at my desk chair, then just leaning back in my seat a little bit gives a good stretch.

I’ve finally gave in and tried one of these for my back. I love how much relief this provided. It’s easy to use and adjustable.
