Good for boosting immunity, tastes good
My 11 year old daughter already takes the smarty pants multi vitamin. We have her alternate with this elderberry immunity gummy, she usually takes one type in the morning and the other at dinner (so as to not overload since this one does have some other vitamins in it also) I wasn’t worried about her not eating these. But they taste like a gummy candy. Kids should not have a problem with these unless they just don’t do well with the texture. So far, with the addition of this- the back to school germs have stayed at bay. We are a month and a half in. She had a slight sniffle and sore throat for a day, but it didn’t turn into anything. I had her take double of her vitamins for a few days at onset. Maybe it was allergies, maybe these vitamins helped and kept a virus at bay? Either way, we will keep them on auto delivery for an added boost during cold and flu season.

My son is constantly getting sick and wanted to give them a try. He has been taking it consistently over 3 months and I do see they are improving his immune system. Saids the taste is okay. He prefers to take it in the PM because they are very sweet . I will continue to purchase them.
