These work great as a refill I was concerned but they are easy to install and work great!

I read a few reviews saying that the ink refills did not fit their Swarovski pens. I actually thought the same thing. In fact I started a return explaining why I was sending the refills back. It wasn’t until I was fooling around with my original ink cartridge, when I realized it came apart. (see the picks I have attached). Just pull it apart and insert the new refill into your original top half.Not sure why they send the black caps, the caps maybe needed for other pens but it was not needed for my pen.I have been having my Swarovski pen for over 4 years when it finally ran out of ink. I’m very happy that I did not return the refills.As of now the ink refill I purchased from this company works great !!!

I bought this pen in Canada 20 years ago and for the last several it had no ink. I decided I was going to see if Amazon had refills and I was surprised to see the cartridge that came with the pen is the same brand I ordered. My pen is back in action and the cartridge is so smooth when writing.
