Like New listed on label and all packs were opened within the box
I don't believe this was factory sealed. the Plastic wrap was not as tight as a factory seal would be and all three packets within the box were opened. the sticker on the plastic said, "like new".The cards were in mint condition but can't help to wonder what cards were pulled out and replaced.
