Can i connect settop box hdmi output with monitor dvi input.?

It should be, as the description clearly states "Connect your DVI-equipped device to an HDMI-equipped HDTV or other digital display".I haven't tested with a PS4, but PS4 seems to have a DVI output and you should be able to connect to a HDMI enabled TV.
