The machine is good but the rubber sticking pad is defective
The media could not be loaded. The product is working fine but the stick pad for the sandpaper disk is not working, it does not hold the sandpaper for long and becomes loose after a few passes. the pad is defective. as it is such a renowned company I would expect them to send a replacement pad. I am willing to pay for that also.

Powerful product
Might be intimidating for first time users as the machine is really powerful with no speed adjustments option. But love the quality, have used it for a week only but it works perfectly

Simple work horse
It is easy to use and fits well with sand papers found in the local market. If you complain about the absence of dustbag simply use face mask.
