Bird bath pot arrived safely and size n quality is good .. I am happy with the product.

Just realised that the first product I received was not only chipped from the edges and cracked on one side but it's totally broken. Water doesn't stay in!!!Waiting for the replacement.Also, when I asked for the replacement, the product came completely broken. Pointless!

Product quality, looks and finish good. Product and packaging in general good. However two items damaged in handling or transportation.

The media could not be loaded. The pics and videos talk for themselves. An absolute must but if you love birds. Very cost effective, sturdy and well made. Keeps water cool even when the outside temperature is 35 degrees. Having a gala time hosting my bird friends.

Pure earthen material and lit bit heavy to keep that strong...packaging was too good.Like the product. Thank you

Poor quality and broken items , wouldn’t recommend as the items were broken inspite of packaging was done neatly.

Using it a bird bath, but since its terracotta, water finds its way out. I am not able to attract birds with this even after using this for a whole month.I know birds are very fickle minded, but this is really embarrassing for me when my parents can get birds to come bath in their plastic cups that they place at our Chennai residence.Quality wise, it does look good and will come with chips on edges but that is expected with such earthen wares. Can be alternatively used for bird feed tray for larger birds such as crows and pigeons. In my place, I have bulbuls, sun bird and occasional greater coucal. But none seem to be interested in this inspite of high temperature.Product wise, this is heavy. So, do no keep it on ledges. Keep it on ground rather than high places due to obvious danger. Keep it in cool place, else water evaporates much faster. Can support weight of average Indian birds.Good buy.

One of the best product I have bought for birds till now. It is better than steel and plastic water feeders. Keeps water cold throughout the day even in hot sun. Birds which visit my Garden enjoying drinking and bathing the water. I have kept it on my terrace garden edge with trees nearby. Make sure to clean it and replace water daily as birds make it dirty and you don't want the birds to fall sick. I am very happy.
