Not working proper
I order this earpiece few days ago ,the earpiece did not meet my expectation,firstly its does not isolate or cancel background noise as I im said,secondly,people on the other side of the calls always complained they don't hear me very well when ever I'm on call with this device on. I think I'm going to return this earpiece.

Device is not visible under "pair new device" on phone. Android 11. Aesthetics good, feel good, technology bad. Says connected, but to what, I'm not sure.
