Even the carrots or reddish. Please also note that the grater has broad holes. So you cannot grate whole spices like nutmeg through this. For those you will need a fine grater. This one is perfect for cheese blocks.

Victorinox keeps their standards, and the product is good.It’s very difficult to calculate the size of grated product when buying online.It would be much better if such details are included in product catalogue.Also it would also be great if Victorinox introduces a multi-blade grater with various combinations on a single device in future.

Top class product. Victornox is the best. But seller sent it without the polycarbonate safety slide cover. The packing box was open however the cover was not inside the big Amazon box either. Sloppy treatment of buyers of such high end items by the seller. -5 points to the seller’s reliability and trustworthiness. Amazon please screen such sellers.
