I am 5’10 145lbs, 40 chest, 32 waist, and 32 inseam and had a good amount of room left. Now if you are wearing thick clothing underneath then go with an XL. But the large should do you fine.

XL should fit I'm 6'4 waist size 44 and ordered 4xl fit just right

I think an extra large would fit. I don't remember if Refrigiwear makes a 2XL. This is a great product, am totally happy with this product. The zippers are heavy duty and will keep you warm

Q: Can the coveralls be washed and dried at home?

You can wash on gentle cycle and hand dry
