No dust Cover over slots - Major fkaw
There is no Dust cover over the slots. - This is a major flaw.Covers help to keep out insects in addition to dust.Small detail which Singer has "overlooked" ?

Defective and worst product
We received defective product only. Its lever was not working from the beginning only plus their customer services r too equally bad. Since the first day of d delivery we have been complaining them regarding the lever issue but even after continuous assurances no visit has taken place till now i.e in 9 days so finaly i have to return d product back to them and asks for d refund.. i hope amazon do take note of these comments and take some suitable action.

Very good or product at this price range. I like the reheat function of the toaster. Does the job what it is supposed to do in a convenient manner

Toaster Lever not working
The heating process is easy and convenient but thr toaster level doens't sits down af the bottom, you need to hold the lever down until the bread is toasted and waste some more time instead of saving some.

Lightweight wonderful toaster. I like the defrost option which works so perfectly and makes frozen bread into a normal slice and I like the 3 options for toasting bread. Cancel button comes in very handy. There is enough space to insert even a large Mount Blue Multigrain slice.
