I definitely feel it's working. I took ashwagandha and shilajit along with it. I'm not sure which one worked but feel diabetic neuropathy is gone, it could make the difference, now my pain, numbness, tingling effect is gone to certain noticeable extent but not completely gone. Ill continue this course for few more months, shall order the next course. It's cheap compared to other products in the market and better quantity wise and you can try affordable. But keep control on your diet importantly if not excercise. Don't go back to your uncontrolled life.
