While i was assembling this, i noticed that one part of my last armless chair was missing and one of the screws in the package was broken. I messaged the seller on a Saturday night around 9pm and then noticed, on Sunday night, that they had replied to me within 2 hours. After confirming the missing parts, they sent me an entire new box, which arrived within a couple days. The instructions were very easy to follow--disclaimer, i'm very mechanically inclined--went together quickly and ended up being very durable and comfortable. As you see in some of the reviews, they are a bit shorter than you might expect but i'm 6' 2" and feel that they are not at all difficult to get into and out of. Also, they fit perfectly on our deck. Overall, it was a very good experience (with customer service) and both my wife and i are very pleased with how they turned out. Last but not least, they come at a very good price.

This is a great couch! It looks great and is very easy to assemble. I read all the reviews and I knew it would take time to deliver and come in three shipments, which it did. It is a little small. It’s fine for company and I’m sure it will last a long time, but for me, i prefer a higher back and larger sitting area to sprawl out a bit. The cushions get wet with the morning dew but I lay them in the sun for a half hour and they dry quickly. If it was easy, I would return it for a larger, deep seating set with high backs. But it’s a great set for the money. And it looks great too!

After looking at many sets from different places we ordered this set for under a gazebo and although there was a few miscommunications with the number of boxes it turned out to be a perfect set. One box came one day and two boxes came the next day took me and my son about 2 to 3 hours to put it all together. Two pieces came in a box each with the hardware for each chair and detailed instructions. It even comes with the locking clips that you put on the bottom to connect them so they stay in place which is another plus. They’re nice and sturdy comfortable and a great addition to our little oasis. I look forward to spending a lot of time outdoors on our new patio set with our family and friends. Note:they are not child size in face regular size just sit low to the ground which makes it easy for our toddlers to sit and lay comfortably. Great product for an amazing price!! So if your hesitant don’t be the end results will be well worth it!!

First time buying this outdoor furnisher and will be my last. I got the beige color and it's already stained and when it rains it does bot dry out quick. Also the instruction were so confusing and I hate the fact that it has a little tiny legs. It looks like the furnisher its on the floor including the table. The table has a glass with a suction and that suction does not work either. The glass moves a a lot. Very hard to make it stay. Not.a.fan!!!!!

Overall we are really really happy with this set. For the price, it's perfect for our needs. The kids love that you can move all the pieces around and make a bed-type setup. Very comfy and inviting. We are small people so the fit is good for us, but I would think for taller folks it might be smaller than expected. However, it fit perfectly on our 12x12 deck with plenty of room to spare. We've already hosted some friends outdoors and the seating options were perfect.As other reviewers have said, it comes in 3 boxes. We originally only received 2 and only had 1 tracking number. I contacted the seller who responded right away and explained that amazon only allows 1 tacking number and provided tracking info for box 3 that came a few days later. 1 piece in the set was damaged and again, the seller was very quick to respond. We provided pictures and they replaced it, though it did take about 10 business days to receive it.The pictures in the listing are a little misleading with the number of accent pillows. The set comes with 2, small but plump, bright red, accent pillows which I immediately sewed new covers for to match our existing color scheme. I'm sure the description states the number of pillows included but just FYI the picture is misleading.Overall, we are very happy. We've only had the set a few weeks and already gotten a lot of use out it. Not sure how sturdy it will be in long run but considering the price, definitely worth it for us.

I received the packages in a timely manner. Very nice set for the cost. There were a few issues and I reached out to their customer service and they responded promptly and corrected the issues immediately. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I read reviews before buying. But I also discount the very high and very low scores, like they do in the Olympics. I figure the reality is always somewhere in the middle. Well, this time, I should have paid close attention to the negative reviews. This was, as many said, somewhat easy to assemble, but beyond that, I was very disappointed. The furniture is flimsy at best. The cushions flop over all the time. It’s poorly made and the woven plastic that’s supposed to be like rattan, comes apart. And, the worst part is that it’s not even comfortable to sit on. What a waste of money. I ended up giving it away to my housekeeper’s brother. He was grateful, and while I’m pleased I could make someone else happy, I’m put out about the inconvenience and the cost. I caution all shoppers to read these reviews with care. Don’t assume that everyone has the same taste or ability to discern quality. Sadly, this does not even come close to the old adage that you get what you pay for. Sometimes, you don’t even get that.
