These boxes are a little odd. They are slightly larger than a normal match box and I am not sure why. Additionally this match box only has one striking strip. Most match boxes have two but this one only has one. Not the end of the world but it is odd. Lastly the single strip is not like most of the other ones I have seen before. It doesn't seem like it has as much texture as it should. You really have to press hard to light a match and even then it doesn't work everytime. Overall these aren't ideal and I would probably look for something else.

The matchboxes are all white, except for the striking strip, and there is only one for some reason, not the usual two. it does work for striking a match and making fire, but it is very thin. The boxes are larger than the usual matches from the grocery store, only maybe about quarter inch longer, but it is clear they weren't made for those matches. I didn't really expect them to have the striker and thought they would be just regular little boxes. They come in a sturdy box to keep them safe
