Soccer enthralled 9 year old loves it!
Our son learned all of the positions and many rules of American football by playing various versions of Madden. When he decided to start playing soccer, it was apparent that he was clueless about the rules and positions. This (along with an awesome coach, of course) has helped him to quickly get up to speed with many of his team mates who have been playing for years.

Great Game For Those Who Aren't Quite Great At FIFA
As the title states, it's a lot like FIFA 11 in my experience (at least on the Wii that is). However what you do get from this is the whole city deal going on for you. Although, playing on the hardest difficulty, it seems a little easier. I can score from further out than I could on 11. Nevertheless, I look forward to my EPL season (or tournament) as Arsenal.(2 weeks after playing this game)Okay, I was wrong. This game is way too easy. I'm playing on the hardest difficulty as Bolton against Chelsea and I win 7-4! That doesn't happen. Also, I'm losing to teams like Sunderland, Southampton and West Ham United while I'm easily winning against teams like Liverpool and Manchester United. How is this remotely realistic? I went back to play on FIFA 11 to see how it suffered in comparison to that game, and I was stunned when I won 3-2 against Man U as Reading with the team's being similar to the Bolton match I played. However, 11 proved more difficult and realistic. In my career mode, Olivier Giroud is my top scorer with 52 goals and we are on match 24. Olivier Giroud can easily be turned into a juggernaut if you are good at 1 on 1 situations versus the goalkeeper and scoring from outside the box. It's ridiculous. I also mainly bought this for the multiplayer, but I was saddened at how I was misinformed when I found out otherwise. Anyways, it's a great game for those with little experience and or not all that great at FIFA. I'm going to stick with FIFA 11 if I want a real challenge. I hope you found my review helpful at all.

it is much better than the other soccer choices like "pro evolution soccer"
it is much better than the other soccer choices like "pro evolution soccer". the controls are easier to do and the addition of the street ball is nice. in fact, there are a lot of options to do in this program.

A decent soccer game for those who haven't played one before
The good: I'm glad they're still making games for the Wii, and for those of us who are new to soccer its a fun game to play. I highly recommend the classic controller although it does have some shortcomings. Be a Manager mode is addicting. There are a plethora of real teams to play as (going all the way down to Football League 2). So no matter who you support, chances are that they are in the game. The bad: The AI, especially on defense, is poor. They'll let a striker walk right down the middle of the penalty arc and take an uncontested shot, even if no one else is around. This requires you to have to take control of one of the center backs to stop them. And even then, trying to get control of the right player can be difficult. Preference is given to European teams over US teams. The announcers only have audio for a few names of MLS players. It would have been nice to get NASL teams in the game instead of some of the other lesser leagues.Don't expect the graphics to be anything exiting. Remember, this is a Wii, not an XBox One.

An Excellent Purchase.
My son received this for Chrismas and this is the first thing he played. The FIFA 11 game is simpler, so the FIFA 15 game requires more skill. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves soccer.

Won't play on Aussie Wii
For an unknown reason this does not work on our Wii - pretty disappointed. On loading game it prompted an update but the game still won't work at all. Not sure why, we are in Australia so perhaps that is the issue. Although the format should be compatible. So this game although very keen to play it, has been a complete dud!
