Defective Product - Not working
Raised a installation request on 03/102/2018 only after multiple delays and multiple follow-up it was finally installed on 21/10/2018 only to find out the indoor unit is defective and AC is not working, raised a request to the voltas team for resolving the issue as they gave a non working defective product. The attitude of Voltas service is pathetic. This would not have been the case had i bought the AC from Croma like before.More than a week now to get service ... but no one is responding ... Absolutely pathetic attitude from Voltas

THe product is good. For a large room it cools quiet fast
THe product is good. For a large room it cools quiet fast. The only problem i have is with the indicator light on the AC. there is no button switch off the light when the AC is running or on stand by. This quiet irritating.THanks to AMazon for the fast delivery and good price

Bee rating was of 2017 and in site it shows 2018 rating this is wrong,after using for 5 days I was getting error E8 AND I CALLED to Volta's care and they have taken complent on 1 may and tech had came on 15 may and rectified and from last 5 days ie 23 may again I am getting E8 error

NEVER BUY VOLTAS
The after sales service is pathetic and the compressor has got spoilt twice already.

Not a great a Unit
Not sure if it was a coincidence or a damaged/refurbished one, we had water leakage from the indoor unit, could be due to installation technique. They have visited total FOUR times to fix the unit and made it working.Now within a month Remote stopped working, overall its not a great experience though heard Voltas is a great brand. Do suspect if its a refurbished unit from Voltas or something happend in the supply chain process.
