Q: Can this provide values of each gas?

No. It gives only one output i.e. total impurity in air due to these mentioned gases. Also the signal is in range from 0-5 V(Hardly a base to know amount of impurity). It doesn't tell the amount of each or any gas present. It's used for alarm. You need to look elsewhere for specific gas sensor.

Q: At what distance from the LPG gas stove can it detect the leakage?

This sensor doesnot respond based on distance but concetration of gas in any particular area and that threshold can be set using provided preset at back.

Q: Can this product be directly used by end users or its a sensor that will be used in detection equipment?? also what is its power source??

Yes, It is directly used by end user. Dc 5volts is a good for reading.

Q: if i buy this product then can i get 5volt output in the presence of smoke ? is there any need of programing to be done with it.?

You can run it supplying 3-5 v directly without an arduino. I am just using it to run a buzzer.
