Very nice product.Not that heavy.Easy to use.I bought it for my mother.All the new technology might be confusing.Training video is available online.But still if demo was available it would have been easier.

Faulty
Ordered this machine, felt shock after even when unplugged. I feel the Insulation fault was there, also just after two 3 stitch lines practice, it stopped working, no movement was possible even when I rechecked 10 times.
