Will this match the blueing of a mini 14 rifle?

The finish builds up with every pass. Think of it like gentle, layered darkening. It isn't a perfect match--nothing short of complete re bluing will do that. This gets rid of bright areas of wear and it's not like paint at all.

Does it work for glock gen 4 made in USA?

Not so sure. The Glock is not blued, but has a different metal finish, Tenefer, or something like that. If that's worn thru to white metal already, then the pen should work.
