I tend to lean into a carnivore, which is very low in Vitamin C. With that, I don't enjoy taking traditional vitamins because let's face it, they are not as good as the sugar rolled gummy vitamins. These aren't sweet and lovely, but they do go down the hatch easily, so they aren't punishing to take. I don't get sick, and if I do, it's a very brief duration, to which I attribute to the Vitamin C.

I take these in the evening- not only do they help keep me well, they also help with iron absorption
