More suited to younger age groups
The media could not be loaded. This should have been called a busy cube not a ball, as it's not a ball shape at all.The first thing I noticed when taking it out of the box was how lightweight the toy was. In a way that's good as small children can't pick up heavy things, but it didn't feel robust enough to withstand falls. Seeing as the starting age for this toy is 18 months, kids at that age throw and drop things all the time and this doesn't feel like it would withstand it's first drop let alone multiple. The colour is cute, white and baby pink work well together. The toy has 6 different activities on each of it's sides to occupy a young child and work on their fine motor skills and hand eye coordination which is good. The pushing of buttons, clicking, rattling balls will keep a small child entertained. The age range on the box states 18 months plus, yet the seller advert states 1 to 3 years. To be honest, I don't think a 3 year old is going to get much out of this toy, it's definitely for the younger age groups. I did find some of the activities quite stiff and think a young child would struggle opening the little door on the toy and also may find the whack a mole game a bit difficult as they would have to hold the toy in their hand whilst also using their fingers to press down on the pieces as, due to the game on the other side, the cube can't sit on the floor straight, and at some points the whack a mole pieces were a bit stiff to push in. Apart from that, this is a cute little toy for younger pre-schoolers to play with and help them build up their skills and it's something easy and not noisy to keep them occupied on things like long car journeys or in a restaurant.

Great activity toy
This is like a giant fidget for babies , it’s a nice size for little hands to hold and has lots of buttons and switches and things to pull and touch very tactile good for eye hand coordination it’s also good fun for babies and keep them occupied for ages. It’s small enough to take in a bag good for travelling as you’ve got lots of activities on it. The plastic is quite good and the colour is lovely. It’s like a dull pink this Office’s hours and hours of fun for babies and toddlers in fact I’ve even seen a few grown-ups picking it up and having a look at it well worth the money for the amount of funny guy out of it

Colourful and Stimulating
The Joollurm Montessori Baby Activity Cube is well made of quality child safe materials and appears robust. It is well finished without any sharp corners or edges and there are no small loose parts. The cube has six different activities which will keep a small child occupied and help them develop hand/eye coordination. It is compact and lightweight and is ideal for the car or daysack when out and about with a small child.Amazon page is confusing as to age suitability. The headline shows it suitable for children from 3 years old. The product information shows it recommended for children 36 months to 14 years. However, all the photographs show much younger babies and toddlers. Our 18 month old grandson has been playing with it and enjoys manipulating the various elementsMy only observation is that, on the sample I received, the 'cloth pulling activity' tab kept retracting totally into the cube and was difficult to retrieve. Our grandson found this frustrating. A slight tweak in the design would easily solve this problem.Having said that, the Joollurm Montessori Baby Activity Cube s a colourful and stimulating product. It comes nicely packaged and would make an ideal gift for a toddler. At current price of £8.44, it represents good value for money.Would recommend.

Not too impressed
The media could not be loaded. I had a few similar ones, this one somehow didn't make my baby interested.Looks good at first but overall finish quality is not so good, I know it's not an expensive toy but I think I could expect better.Size is small, good for little hands, pretty durable.

Portable Educational Cube Should Keep Small Hands Entertained & Busy – Decent Value Too
PresentationThe Joollurm Baby Toys - Montessori Baby Activity Cube was supplied in a small branded cardboard box containing the cube.First ImpressionsTaking the cube from its packaging, it is a three coloured cube using a pale green, white and amber as the chosen aesthetic. The six sides of the cube all have a different activity which helps to keep little ones entertained whilst developing hand, eye and motor skills etc. It is very portable and quite lightweight so fine for small hands and useful for travelling in the car and taking to stay-overs etc.Day To Day UseThis was ordered for a baby’s christening at 15 months as a small gift for baby along with a silver gift as is traditional. The parents were delighted with it and the baby was given it to play with at the gathering following the church ceremony and appeared to like the various challenges it presents. The cube does state 3 years but given the lack of any loose pieces, should be fine for younger children with adult supervision as was the case here.Summing UpA decent educational toy with a gentle coloured aesthetic that presents simple challenges for ba child’s development, especially hand-eye and motor skills but also sensory feedback. Decent value for an educational toy that should last with care.
