I was on the fence as I was having neck issues, pinched nerve. This pillow helped me so much, I still use it and its firm without being hard and extremely comfortable. Would def recommend for the price!

It didn't do anything for my pain it might have made it worst. There might be better ones on the market but this one was not for me.

I’ve had back and neck issues for years! I’ve tried all types of “regular” pillows, slept in many different positions, tried acupuncture, and more. I have the additional issue of a condition known as Trigeminal Neuralgia, which is one of the most painful conditions “known to man.” It makes it nearly impossible for me to sleep on my left side due to the pain in the left side of my head. However, this pillow is my unicorn!At first I couldn’t find a comfortable position with this pillow. I wasn’t finding any real relief. But once I figured out that I did better with the higher side, it was snoozeville for me! I am now able to sleep in any position, on both sides, and my neck doesn’t hurt as much. It is cooler than other pillows, but only if I don’t put another “regular” pillowcase over the one it comes with. The one thing that would make me give it 5 stars? A second pillowcase. As far as I can tell, replacement pillowcases aren’t even available for purchase, which would give me pause to get another one, and something to consider when making such a person. However, the pillowcase included is machine washable and seems to be very well made.Except for the 2-pillowcase issue, I definitely recommend this pillow for those not only with cervical pain, but those with facial pain as well. I've been wanting to try one of these forever. I'm not how much of my review is based on my comfort preference versus the quality of the product, so I'm going to list out everything... For the quality, the material seems well made, the seams are well stitched, and it seems like it will be durable. However, the way it's made it has almost a hole in the middle, which is where your back of your head lays. It has literally zero cushioning there. When I lay flat on my back, it does seem to fit my neck curve well on the smaller ridge, but it doesn't have any softness at all anywhere in the pillow. So if you want a very firm pillow, this would work. I like to have some softness on my head, and this does not accomplish that. The material is cooling, which is good, but my ears fell asleep when I moved to side sleeping or even turned my head a little. The edges are hard too, so it isn't going to flex and loosen up, but I could have used a little bit of flex. I guess all in all, I think it's made the way it should be with the exception of some actual pillow, I just don't like it for myself and I'm not sure if what I would really want actually exists. I have a flat memory foam pillow, and it has some give to it that makes it more comfortable.
