The one I bought was shown as having two items - the hat AND face covering. I wanted to add this in case someone reads my review and buys one of the hats but is confused when they don’t receive a face covering with it. The hat itself is also great and will definitely protect you from the sun but the face mask makes it perfect!—I am thoroughly impressed!! You can tell whoever designed this took many different aspects into consideration such as effectiveness/sun protection, comfortable-ness, and style.Recently, I had a skin cancer scare so have been buying many sun hats to supplement my sunscreen. I wanted something that gave 360 degrees of protection, especially for my cheeks.Before I bought this one, I would use a wide brim hat with face/neck/back of the head covering attachments but even those don’t offer as much sun protection as this hat combo. If the wind blows or the sun shines from a certain angle, you’ll still be exposed to sunlight. Also, since those are wide brim, driving with them is such a hassle since you have to hold your head far from the headrest.This is now my favorite hat! It’s very light weight and SO COMFORTABLE! It’s also very cute to wear! Everything is adjustable, including how tight you want the hat around your head.The best part is the face/neck covering that comes with it. It’s very durable, soft, comfortable, and made of a thick, but breathable material. They also included a small slit so you can breathe just fine. The face mask cups your face, protecting your most of your face from the sun. The hat curves down so it offers extra protection to areas not covered by the mask.I can stand in the blaring sun and absolutely no sunlight will hit my face.I can wear this long hours without feeling suffocated. The material also wicks away sweat. I also believe you’ll be able to wash these items just fine.I was expecting something that would feel cheap but I was wrong. It’s almost comparable to how Coolibar’s material feels. It’s a good dupe!

My favorite hat. Looks good, breathable, keeps my face protected & has a slit for my pony tail. Hope they keep making them forever. Just incase they don’t I bought 2. 🙃

I was looking for a good hat for sun protection. The hat looks very nice and good for sun protection.

This hat is the Bomb. I bought one for my self and my sister. 1st I did a test run with the hat, I recieved so many compliments it was like wow. So, I told my sister and then she wore her hat it was even worse that what I experienced. They wanted to know where it came from and the works. Its comfy, the material is soft, the ponytail section is amazing. This is honestly my favorite hat so far and I have a lot of hats and I do mean a lot.

My only issue is it’s a bit large for my head. There is a string that enables me to size it to my head which is good. There is a strand I use under my chin to secure it. If I don’t the slightest wind can blow it off because it is so lightweight. I like the longer flap in the back which protects the back of my neck. I would purchase again.

I have two other sun hats I purchased directly from the Columbia outlet. Those I believe to have UPF and a well-known outdoor apparel company. When I hold the Columbia to the light, no light can be seen through the fabric however is with this Jeff & Aimy one, light clearly can go through so I sincerely doubt it has UPF 50. Please see the picture I have uploaded. Sure, you will get some protection but not fully. Hat is otherwise very cute and lightweight. I love the bow. Chin strap is removable. I am going to return since the light goes through and that defeats the purpose of buying a hat like this.

I have lupus so being in the sun is not an option for me as it can cause "flares". This hat is perfect for working in the garden or strolling through an outdoor market. I like that it has a chin strap because we have some windy days here in Key West. The brim is wide enough that no sun reaches my face or neck. It is also a packable hat so you can fold it and put it in your luggage when you travel. Definitely a keeper.

Fit is great and love that I can pull my ponytail through the back and not have a hot neck when walking in the sun. Yes, it does come wrinkled. You will need to iron/steam it. I used a pressing ham for the top, but you can ball-up a towel and form the hat over it. Use the low synthetic setting and steam setting as per the directions. Wore it every day this week and not disappointed!
