A quality made cardboard cutting kit. The various cutting tools come in handy for different thicknesses. The included nuts and bolts to assemble the box fort were an added plus-no need for rolls and rolls of tape. Bought for a nine year old but wish I had discovered it earlier. Would probably need supervision with six and under but would be a lot of fun for a family project.

Our 5 year old grandson is an ambitious crafter and has found this to be a safe and fun set of tools for his projects. The tools are a perfect size for young hands and I appreciate that it all stores in its own case when he’s all done. He’ll spend hours quietly building imaginative items that he’s proud of and that often bring a smile of amazement to our faces. Be aware that you will also need a low temperature glue gun and lots of tape!

These tools cut well because they are SHARP. I wouldn’t let my younger kids use them but my preteen is cautious so they worked great for her….until one slip of the knife resulted in stitches in the ER and follow-up with a hand surgeon for possible tendon damage. Just saying, BE CAREFUL!

My granddaughter loves this. She is very creative and enjoys this ingenious toy.
