Great display for boiled shrimp presentation. Maintained the ice nicely for over 4 hours during our party without much condensation. I recommend this product.

This works well for its intended use; I do wish it were deeper, though, so I'd be confident it would keep the contents of a salad bowl at a safe temperature. I'm also concerned that inevitable scratches will reduce it's attractiveness. None of that detracts from it's intended use, however. I do like the cover to keep unwanted flying critters off the contents.

This food cooling tray is exactly what I needed for gatherings and events! There's not much to this. Its just a box that holds ice, and a plexiglass perforated lid on which food is placed. The build quality is very good - clear materials with no flaws or aberrations, everything fits together well , and it serves its intended purpose as I hoped and expected. It meets all my expectations. Recommended

I live in Central Florida and love to entertain outside by the pool, but it's so hot. We try a a lot of different methods for keeping food safe. I ordered this because I liked the look of the box. Sometimes we ice things down, but it doesn't look too pretty. and this does look nice. It did a nice job of keeping things cool, but it doesn't last all day in these temperatures. It easy easy to clean and doesn't take much room to store. Overall, a very nice item to have if you entertain.

Now, if you're looking for something that can keep your food cold while at the same time not condensating your table, this is not for you. I say that because this retains ice pretty well in terms of how long it can keep something cold, which, of course, isn't something compared to a thermos, for example, but retaining that kind of ice, it does condensely, since it's made of acrylic. Besides that, it's a really easy fix, where you could just put something underneath it, and leave it out, which I really enjoy, allowing it to have such versatility in terms of what you want to use it for. I really can't say much about this product, since it's such a simple design, and you pretty much get what you see in this type of situation, it's a very nice material and quality of design. I just got this so I haven't tried it YET, BUT I have a suspicion it should work as described. The construction seems solid and it's made with sturdy materials. I will come back and change this review if it turns out I was completely off the mark.

This is a great item to have in the cupboard for celebrations, buffets and events. It works really well for keeping food a little cooler. I would still advise following safe food handling- throw out at risk foods after the correct time etc. but this really keeps things you don't want getting too warm pleasant for longer. I also love the idea of using dry ice in it for a dramatic service!
