This backpack is a versatile companion. I've used it for everything from daily commutes to weekend getaways, and it's always up to the task. The roll-top design allows for easy expansion, and the water-resistant material keeps my belongings safe from unexpected showers.

I really like this backpack! It’s a kind of hybrid of a reasonable and roomy weekend rucksack and an about-town backpack, and has overnight become my number one choice.The fabric feels very sturdy and seems pretty waterproof, having an almost rubberized coating to repel water. In a really nice touch, all four zips have the kind of rubber guard that you usually only see on high-end rucksacks and jackets. You can’t see it clearly in the photos, but the opening of the roll-over top is fitted with a water-resistant zip too, so even if you left it unrolled to fill it to the top, then just zipped it, it would still repel water more efficiently than most rucksacks/backpacks.I got the grey version, and it’s a nice dark battleship grey, with no annoying logos stamped all over, just the company name printed on the front zipper. I like a company that has ‘know it, don’t show it’ confidence! There’s nothing worse or more embarrassing than to have some stupid logo or worse, a saying (‘Timberwolf’, ‘No Fear’, ‘Kestrel’, ‘Talon’, ‘Crossfire’) emblazoned across your back.And they’ve a lot to be confident about with this. It’s very roomy, it’s pretty comfy (though I wouldn’t like to carry a fully-loaded frameless backpack weighing 25KG for long distances), and it’s well thought out. Internally it really is a nice hybrid, with a padded laptop pocket, an equally roomy front pocket with Velcro closure, and two smaller pockets for bits and bobs. Externally it has a large front pocket, two deep side pockets with compression straps above them which would suit drinks, umbrellas or trekking sticks, and a hidden back zip pocket at the small of your back. It also has a super-handy vertical side zip (rubberized to repel rain), so that you can instantly reach down to the bottom of the backpack to get something out without having to rummage around trying to find it.The shoulder straps are *just about* padded enough, though they do lack a chest strap to help distribute the weight, and you have a wide luggage strap to hang the thing onto a long suitcase handle. There’s ahandy little amount of padding on the back of the backpack fitted with breathable mesh, which makes the back of the backpack sit a little off your back and gets some air in between your shoulderblades, which is a nice touch. The roll top, which is reminiscent of a dry bag, works well and gives this backpack that nice adaptability of an extra 5l of space—though myself I’d say it gives a bit more than that—perhaps 8l of extra space.I’d say it’s a fraction on the heavy side for trekking, but you’re getting a lot of waterproofing and a lot of internal pockets here. The extra padding to soften the load on your back also adds a bit of weight. For about town, I wouldn’t say it was an issue at all.As a bit of a lightweight and small framed woman, this is about as big a backpack as I’d want to carry. It’s easily as wide as my back, but it sits well, so I’d be okay with it. For a big bloke like my OH, this would definitely look the business, and he’s already eyeing it up for a trip to London in a few weeks, as it would comfortably double as a bag big enough to hold several day’s clothes plus laptop, shoes, etc, but is also smart enough to use as an about-town backpack once you unpack your clothes.Honestly, as you can tell, I’m very impressed with this. It looks great, it looks classy, it holds an absolute ton of stuff, and it has a lot of features. I don’t often hand out five-star reviews, but this gets one easily.

I was looking for a backpack but did not want the standard backpacks as I have several of them. This rolltop looked nice and I wanted to try this. I bought this with less expecation but I am very happy with this. The quality is pretty good and it is very functional. It has several sections for many things and I really like that it has two side pockets - one for my coffee mug and the other for water bottle. Some of the other backpacks has only one and so I end up having to carry either the coffee or waterbottle in hand. The backpack itself actually is bigger than it looks in the picture when it is fully opened. I initially thought I would use this just for travel or hiking but now I have started using it as a daily backpack. I am able to fit my laptop, tablet, a notebook, USB adapter, and a powerbank very easily with space to spare. The front smaller zipper / pocket is nice for wires, mouse etc. The water proof material is definitely nice and will work well for both daily use and backpacking trips. This has now become my go to backpack and I am happy I got this one. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for a rolltop travel backpack / daily pack.

Es bastante grande; me sorprendió el tamaño, cabe de todo!He puesto fotos para que puedan ver el tamaño en comparación con una mochila común. Aunque es grande, es lo suficientemente cómoda para llevarla de excursión. Además, se puede doblar para que quede bien cerrada y se pueda mojar.Viene con un cierre en la espalda para colocar el móvil, dinero, etc.Es un sitio seguro para las llaves del coche o lo que necesiten.Hay espacio suficiente para meter de todo y una parte para colocarlo en alguna maleta con ruedas para viajes más largos.Me ha encantado!

Zaino rolltop (cioè la parte superiore si può arrotolare e fissare con apposita chiusura)marca VASCHY.E' uno zaino di fattura ottima,dal design alla praticità!!!Sul davanti una tasca grande chiusa con cerniera. Stupenda la scritta della ditta che si divide con zip aperta e si riunisce a cerniera chiusa (foto 3 e 4).Sui due lati ha le tasche per poter riporre bottiglie,thermos,ombrelli e oggetti simili.Sul retro gli spallacci imbottiti e regolabili.Sempre sul retro è presente una tasca aperta e imbottita nella parte esterna,e provvista di tasca chiusa da cerniera nella parte interna.Lo scomparto principale è davvero capiente. All'interno sono presenti diverse tasche di cui una aperta ma imbottita nella quale poter mettere devide tipo tablet,pc,ecc.Il materiale è poliestere ed è impermeabile.In base al contenuto può essere appunto chiuso arrotolando la parte superiore e fissandola con l'apposita chiusura,oppure si può lasciare tutto dritto e chiuso con cerniera.Mi sono letteralmente innamorata di questo zaino stupendo.Trovo molto bello anche il grigio (poi sul sito c'è anche la versione nera).Ottimo tutto,articolo e prezzo!!!Super consigliato!!!!

I ordered this bag not knowing what to expect but am happy I did. According to the description it is made of polyester but it is coated with some type of rubber or maybe pvc so it should be pretty water resistant. It feels thick but is still flexible. It has the zippers like on the flexible coolers that has the rubber seal preventing moisture from entering the bag. It's the perfect size for an overnight or weekend trip. I plan to use it on our boat to keep extra clothes, phones, electronics, etc. protected from the elements in case of a rain storm or even just water spray. I'm sure there will be a few camping trips thrown in there too. There is a zippered main compartment with dividers, a medium zippered compartment on the front of the pack, a smaller compartment on the lumbar region of the pack and a zipper on one side to access the main compartment without unrolling and unzipping the top. I could see this bag making a nice daypack for anyone that hikes in damp environments. This is a really clean looking bag without lots of unnecessary logos, strings, straps, or buckles. I really like the overall looks and features of this bag and am excited to take it out and see how it performs.
