My husband and I build this together for date night. It was fun putting together until we got to putting both our cities together. It was difficult to follow how many chains I needed to put together for the correct length to connect them. Actually, my 11 year old son was much more patient than I was and he figured out how many chains were needed, but I think he did it by trail and error. These are compatible with major brand names if you want to build your own creations. The dog is way too big for the buildings though and that frustrates me when proportions are not correct.

This is such a cool project for my kids to work on- the reversable world is such a neat concept that they were really excited to start on it. Now- be warned, they couldn't finish it in the first sitting, it took a whole weekend to do- but they worked on it together and now have an almost finished piece for their room. they are doing the decor in brick sculptures of anime characters and such... this was a fun project and kids and adults to do. finish

While seemingly easy to assemble, we had several missing pieces but we're able to fill in with what we already had. When you get to the part of attaching the chains and turning the build upside down, it's much more difficult to assemble. We opted to just display them seperate because after rebuilding several times and trying to reinforce, frustration took over and won. Pieces don't fit together tightly, build quality separately is sturdy, the colors aren't as rich as other sets, and we were surprised that it's much, much smaller than shown and expected.

Kind of similar to the movie Inception, this build is awesome. The 2 cities merge into a normal and upside down world. The builds are fun and cute but become amazing when the chains are added and it defies gravity. This is a cool build, but not the best because the clear chains can become a pain.

This is a fun building set. The bricks are of good quality - not quite Lego good, but easy to work with and sturdy. For the price and number of bricks, the set is a pretty good value. The completed build looks really cool and the building process is mostly fun. I say mostly because the instructions, while clearly illustrated, have a few errors. You can figure out what you're supposed to do fairly easily by comparing each step's "parts list" to the illustrations, which usually makes it fairly obvious when there's a discrepancy. It's a little annoying but not a huge issue. Fun set otherwise.

This set really caught my attention because of the unusual build. It can be displayed as a modern landscape or as a more medieval one. You should decide how it will be displayed before building though, as I found it a little unstable when we tried to reorient it.The pieces are compatible with most major brands of building bricks and the quality had very few loose bricks. This set would make a great gift for young or older builder alike. This would be a fantastic set to reintroduce someone back into the hobby. The price per piece count was a great relief.Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this set for a gift or for returning enthusiasts, young and older alike.Happy Building :)

This is a fun set to make and kept my 15yo occupied for awhile. The bricks are well made and everything snaps together easily. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
