This pillow provides great support and finally allowed me to sleep comfortably in my bed instead of propped up in an uncomfortable recliner. The design of the pillow makes it possible to customize the positioning one needs. I had also purchased one of those high back “husband” bed chairs and that kind of backrest helped me stay sitting upright but did not provide the shoulder and arm support this one does.
