Tasty n' Non-dissolving
Rare organic daal that is fresh & taste-bud-friendly, with natural sweetness. It also retains its crunchiness and flavor/appetizing-smell when fully cooked, without dissolving and forming a thick paste; as is usually the case with most of the other daals/lentils.Full marks 10/10 for its quality & integrity. Good toor daal
Never know if organic is really organic, but this toor dal was fresh and dry and not as dirty as the local stuff. I usually buy lots of this daily stuff from Amazon because I'm too lazy to look for everything in the heat, etc.Daals are processed foods though, so these days I stick to whole foods, like getting mung instead of mung daal and soaking them overnight, etc.But if you want a good, clean toor daal, you will not be disappointed.Thanks for reading, and please click "Helpful" below... thanks!
