Poor delivery
The product itself was good and met expectations. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery person did not call or notify us before arriving and left the item at the door without handing it over or confirming receipt. There was no communication at all. This could be a concern for safety and order security, especially if no one is home at the time of delivery. Please improve coordination and communication during delivery.

Bought this item on Deal sale. Amazon as usual rocked on delivery got the product very next day. Was bit skeptical when placed the order as some of the reviews was on negative side, but the product delivered was perfect the seal is intact and all the puzzle pieces are in place. My kid 9 years boy took 2 hours to assemble all the pieces and he did really enjoyed it. This product is recommended for purchase and it will help the kids to learn the Indian states and capital easily. Only one suggestion to the manufacturer, this product is on hard cardboard, if you introduce one with the foam it will be much helpful and can be used for a longer time.
