The chassis is really solid, ideal for a chunky chimp like me!! Early impressions are that it's very well made and it's very comfortable.Assembly was very simple, with mostly good instructions, though:1. The number/type of screws for mounting the armrests is transposed;2. The sticker on the chassis indicating 'Front' was incorrectly applied;3. Take care to fit the 'gaskets' (washers) to all the screws fitting into the seat so you don't have to do it later - don't ask how I know!!Everything fit together nicely, not much finessing required. Nice touch - there is a spare screw packed in every size and a pretty good T handle Allen wrench provided, much better than usual.All the adjustable features work smoothly, with minimal effort, and the short video on the product page shows everything very well.Very happy with the quality of the product, and at a really affordable price.

Good comfortable chair, loads of adjustment.Few issues Ive had, one is the bar attaching back rest to the seat, it is secured using bolts, but these bolts dont have a corresponding nut to help lock them in, it relies on a thread within the metal flat bar. I have found this has led to back rest coming loose within a couple of weeks.Also although the adjustability is great, it comes with its own risk in that the elbow/arm rests have no locks, so if you stand up and use the arm rest to push up, they slide/twist which means you have to readjust every time you stand up.I note I am also having to pump the seat up every other day, this means piston isnt the best, and Im a slight person.

Bought for my two sons whom has always had much more expensive chairs that always fall apart and make them over heat, these chairs have been a huge success with both boys they feel very comfortable whilst sitting and do not get hot. The chairs came very quick and was super easy to assemble.

I've had a few office chairs but this is by far the best of the bunch. Easy to assemble, excellent lumbar support and a very comfy seal (its important)

Very uncomfortable. Tried to return to Amazon for last 3 weeks and no success. Amazon is just not collecting the chair ( I have contacted Amazon 7 times to re arrange collection and each time I was told to wait for 48 hours for someone to collect ) Poor customer service. Don’t waist your money and time.

This ergonomic chair is a fantastic buy! It offers great lumbar and head support, making long work hours much more comfortable. The build is sturdy and durable, and the adjustable features let you customize everything for the perfect fit. Best of all, it’s priced very reasonably for the quality you get. Highly recommend if you need comfort and support without spending a fortune!
