Doesn't lock coz if the pin.
I purchased and installed NiLight locks on my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD. After installation I discovered the locking pin is too short and will not engage properly, so I cannot lock the unit. This creates a security and usability issue. I have tried to contact NiLight but could not find a customer service phone number. The only contact option I found is an automated text message system that replies with an automatic acknowledgement and promises a follow-up (they said they would get back within 15 hours). After reporting the issue their automated response was not useful. I got Toyota Tacoma TRD 2025 Truck

Ordered the receiver and shackle, with locking pin. This is what was delivered. Just a locking pin. Kind of pointless.

Missing the trailer hitch clips (Jesus clips)
When it arrived it was definitely someone else’s return box with how damaged it came in. it was missing the Jesus clip which costed me 3$ and inconvenience because it should’ve been in their.
