Nice product, provides comfort to the feets, but doesn't massage whole feet in once, you have to adjust it back and forth. Although end result is great. Gives relaxation.

Additionally, the remote is not working properly, and many functions are not working. I bought this product as a gift, but it turned out to be very disappointing. I strongly recommend not buying this product, otherwise you may face the same issues. This is my honest and humble feedback.

I bought it for my mother who is 60+… she liked it in the first instance but after 3 days, she noticed that she is getting more pain after massage. She feels more pain and tiredness after using it. Wants to return it but there is no such option. I will suggest it not to buy for older parents.
