Love these heating pads! Warms very quickly and evenly, has many heat settings, and automatic shut off. I've bought these as gifts for several family members!

I looove this things. It’s big enough to wrap all the way around me and it’s so soft, warms up really quick. So worth it.

This is the second one I purchased. I love this pad, it's large enough to cover a wide range of my body. I only replace my previous one because of an accident I did to it. Other than that I would have still been using it and I had it for over a year or so. I like that it automatically shuts off. I use it daily it works great

….yall…say it ain’t so BUT all the reviews that you see showing codes and the heating pad no longer working are in fact very true!! Don’t pass go…skip the line…the rumors are true! I purchased this heating pad at the end of June and got it in July. It worked soooo well at first. Nice and comfy! But recently my heating pad started showing the error codes E1 & E5. I have to lay very still and not move for the heating pad to stay on and heated. I reached out to Ambershine twice, no response and then I reached out to Amazon who put me in touch with the seller. I explained to them the very issues that were happening and said I wanted to get this replaced under warranty, and they had all of the nerve to respond back to me saying we’ve determined that your heating pad line was damaged due to improper use by folding the heating pad, but that never happened. The lies! The absolute NERVE. There are 2 problem codes, E1 and E5, neither of which (according to the manual) fall under the same thing. So how sway??? How do you figure “I” damaged the line?? I’m asking the real questions here. The reviews show several of these same issues with the buyers. So we ALL damaged our lines from improper use?! Very very unlikely. Absolutely not. I should have known better than to order from them due to all the reviews and I honestly just assumed that perhaps they all got faulty heating pads and I was special because mine had been working up until now. The way I was quickly humbled 😊. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Huge mistake. The pad will work initially but won’t work for long. It is truly just a crappy product. I only purchased this one because the heating pad that we’ve had literally since I was a child started giving out, mind you I’m in my 30s now. But that’s also coming from a time when stuff was made with quality products. Just look elsewhere. Don’t run the risk of being satisfied to begin with just to feel disappointed in the end. Pretty red color though. It heats up really quickly and nice and warm. The cord is nice and long too and the longest it’ll stay on is 2 hours which is perfect. The numerous heat settings is a huge plus. But not having it replaced is an issue. There are bigger issues of course, but in my response I promised them an honest review…it would behoove me to disappoint 😉. That’s all.

I couldn't go another night without one of these. These are amazing! The best gift , product, best invention anyone had thought of. I live it. My son bought me the first one that was gray. Unfortunately, the white piece where the plug is on the heating pad came apart which started showing wires 2 to be exact but what concerns me is how hot it was when I stupidly touched it. I thanked God more than once that he woke me up to use the restroom. Although, that happened it truly is a great product and I bought it again. I'd sunshine read this in management or seller you should allow me to send it to you because it is not even damaged. It clearly looks like it was not clamped tight enough. My opinion. Please send a reply to me so I can get a label to send to you. Every time I tried to send pictures or video it kicked me off. But just a smiling pic of the red one I picked out and a video of where my little( but, big) complaint was.

I have been using a gray 'super cape' (my term) heating pad from another company for a couple of years now. When I say 'using', I mean every day for hours and hours. I put it behind my back while I work and it feels so great. I really wanted a tan one, but they are hard to find. I was really happy when this one appeared on Amazon. It's nice, in most ways but I'm not crazy about the very heavily weighted edges around the shoulder and neck. I even thought about trying to remove the beads that make it heavy (It's weighed around the edge to make it stay in place, but in my opinion is not at all needed. There's a snap in front that already does that fine. It also is hotter at the lowest setting than I prefer. Not sure why they can't start at a lower setting. The one feature it has over others is that it stays on for two hours instead of one. That's nice. If they ever make one that's not weighted, I want to be first in line! :)

SO comfortable. I like that it can go up to 140 degrees. I had this on my back and shoulders, and it helped with the stress I was dealing with and loosened up my muscles. I have this attached to my office chair, and when I am at work and stress starts to tense up my muscles, I turn this on, and it helps.
