Sabichi 195883 Glamour Matte Black 16pc Cutlery Set, Flatware Set for Four People, Includes Table Knife, Fork, & Spoons.

When buying a set of cutlery, it is not unreasonable to expect a completely matching set. I have 4 matching knives, forks and teaspoons. I have 1 matching spoon and 3 completely different spoons - different shape, different finish and different brand. I am so ticked off as I only opened the box today to use tonight so a return/refund is out of the question.However, as cutlery, both styles are nice just would have likes a complete set.

These are satin not matte. I guess that's kind of to be expected with metal, but more misleading than I thought. The spoons are weird - look a lot lighter than the knives and forks, more grey than black as if the colour has started to wear off but we've not actually used them yet. Not bad enough to return and they are nice enough, but would look elsewhere and be open to spending more for higher quality when I need to replace.

Nice product only problem was spoons had a sharp edge on them that cut my mouth but soon fixed with a rub of wire wool

The cutlery set looks great and the knives, forks and tea spoons are great. BUT there is one problem. The table spoons have sharp edges - a serious design fault.So sharp that eating multiple mouthfuls with the spoon will either irritate or actually cause cuts on the insides of your mouth. I really don’t understand how these made it through product testing. Sabichi if you’d care to comment that would be great

Very poor customer service.I was initially sent a odd number of cutlery.with missing item, advised that they had no further cutlery in stock and weren’t expecting any soon so after agreeing a return and refund, I sent off prepaid tracked and signed.I then received a package containing the cutlery I sent back and seemed they were magically able to produce the missing pieces which I no longer wanted as I as been expecting a refund so purchased elsewhere.The company are now refusing to refund as their “inspector” who I feel needs to attend an optical appointment believe I have used the cutlery which I couldn’t as they were notFit for purpose!! I’d avoided this seller at all costs as consumer rights and 14 day cooling off period means nothing to them.

Look lovely and sturdy - but have started to chip - have only hand washed them
