Excellent supplement, value & quality!
Excellent value and product. I had my gall bladder removed 20 yrs ago, and get gerd when I eat anything too oily, healthy oils included (Avocados, MCT Oil, Olive Oil, Ghee). I was initially considering just the Ox Bile, but I really like the additional health support in the complex. I open the capsule and add the powder inside to my morning water w/Electrolyte flavored powder and EAA powder, and drink it before I have my Bullet Coffee. I also add a capsule later in the days to my smoothies. It works a charm, and I know my body is processing nutrients more efficiently. Haven't had a bout of reflux or Gerd issues since I started using this supplement. I shopped around, compared and did my homework - this is the best value and quality!

Best that I've tried (out of many)
Since gallbladder surgery I've had a difficult time finding a product that really worked. There are a lot of brands out there but there are so many formulas that it's difficult to figure out. These caps (2 w/meal for me) work better than any other I've tried. Fewer digestive problems are a good thing, so I definitely recommend these.

Might be helping, hard to tell, but no negatives
I’ve been taking these to support digestion and they seem to be helping, though it’s a bit hard to measure definitively. I didn’t notice any side effects or discomfort, which is a plus. Digestive enzymes are supposed to help break down proteins, fats, and carbs more efficiently, which can reduce bloating and support nutrient absorption, and I have noticed less heaviness after meals. Even if the effects are subtle, I feel like they’re a good addition to my daily routine. Worth trying if you’re looking for gentle digestive support and not too expensive

Great probiotic for digestion
These seem to be working great. I have less bloating and less gurgling in the digestive tract, which I like. They help with digestion, and they are easy to swallow.
