The look of these automatic trashcan is clean and modern. Though it's small, it fits perfectly next to the toilet. It's no touch opening, just wave your hand. That makes it a more sanitary experience. I have bought several as gifts and filled them with bath goodies.

This is the first hands-free trash can I've owned, and after using it for several weeks, I want one for each bathroom! I couldn't be more impressed.For starters, it arrived well packaged and free of any damage. I've ordered metal trash cans before and they always seem to arrive dented, but this came perfectly intact. It's made with a solid plastic and all the parts seem to be well made. I ordered it in white/gold, and gosh, I'd never thought I'd say this, but it's beautiful! It matches my daughter's bathroom perfectly and adds a nice feminine touch. Setup is easy, just pop in two AA batteries into the rim of the lid (it has a waterproof covering that goes over them) and you're ready to go.Functionally, it's been great. My daughter is 2.5 and sometimes struggled to get her old step can to open. She loves using her new trash can, and I love that the hands-free design prevents her from having to touch the lid to open it. It does a great job at keeping smells in as well. And because of the design, it hardly takes up any space and fits right in between the toilet and bathroom counter. It takes up less room than my old 1.5 gallon, so that's great. The sensor is super responsive and we haven't had any issues with it erroring (there's a red indicator light that will flash when it errors). The lid stays open for long enough to throw trash away and closes silently. It's been amazing so far. I will say, getting the bag in can be a little trickier than my old step can. There's a thin black frame that fits inside the can, and you have to wrap the bag around it and through a small hole to secure it. It took me a few tries to get the bag to stay correctly without falling into the can, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Overall, it's a great option and I couldn't be happier with it, especially for the value.

This trash can is easy to set up. It is easy to use. It can be used in any room where you are in need of a trash can. It is easy to load a new bag once the old one is filled.

I really had problems getting this trash can to work. I tried different distances from the sensor, holding my hand over it versus waving, but nothing would get it to open. The sensor lights were blinking, but it was not opening. I tried two sets of batteries, standard and lithium, but no change.At first I thought I just got a bad one, so I requested a replacement. However, I had the exact same problem with the second one. With all the positive reviews I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. So, I looked for a way to contact the manufacturer, but I could not find a way to reach out to them. The little manual had nothing, the troubleshooting section was really basic and no contact information. I could not find anything in the listing, or a website. It is clear they do not want to be contacted.In desperation I tried a third set of batteries and it finally started to work! Apparently, it needs batteries right out of the packaging, this means it likely will need new batteries while the current ones still have a lot of charge.Another issue I found was that the exterior of the can was easily marked up, see the picture.

This little bun fit perfectly between the toilet and the wall. It’s sensor works well and it keeps the dog from getting into it.
