I bought this for my 10 year old. Instructions were a mother so I thought I would share how I actually got the time to appear.Press and hold the MODE button (bottom left) for approximately 3 seconds.When the Alarm set time starts flashing, press the MODE button once more. Now the seconds for the watch time should be flashing.Use the START/STOP button (top right) to move bewteen items and the SPL/RESET button (bottom right) to change the item.Moving between all items, it will take you through: seconds, minutes, hours, month, date, day of the week. Simply press MODE when your settings are complete.

Very durable, great styling for my tween boy. Cool enough that he's happy to wear it anytime he needs to keep an eye on the time. He's had it 10 months or so now and it's still in perfect condition, still works as expected. While he is more responsible with his belongings than some kids his age, he has by no means 'babied' this watch and we're still very pleased with it

I wanted a watch with both analog and digital readouts, and this was the best deal I found. It was a Christmas present for our 6-year-old son and he's beat it about a good bit so far. Some of the writing has worn off the bezel, otherwise holding up. He has small wrists, and even on the tightest fastening, it is a bit loose on his wrist. It is also hard to get shirts or jackets on over it, as it is large for his size.My biggest complaint is that there is just too much going on on the digital part - a useless flashing section and very tiny weekday display. he can read it with a bit of time and concentration. The analog hands often cover the rather small digital display. Ideally, if that display was larger, it wouldn't be so easy to obscure.The little manual that came with it was adequate, not great. I've learned to sync the analog and digital times, but they do drift a small bit - not terrible, a few seconds per day, it seems. He is learning to tell time and keep up with the days of the week. He does not use the timer or the alarm (he uses Alexa instead!). He also takes it off before bath, even though I told him it is an exception to the rule I taught him years ago that if is has batteries, it doesn't go in the bath!Even so, this was a great deal for the money. He is very happy with it. I'm glad it has lasted a month, so far. (will update if it breaks!).

This is a great gift for a first time watch! It is light and small with easy to use buttons. It is very easy to read the time and date for a 5th grader. The light to see the clock at night works great and is very bright. The watch comes as seen and described. It was a great buy and would definitely buy again for future gifts. Beautiful watch. Looks like a G-Shock in person. Bought this as an additional bday gift for my 5 year old and it literally took his breath away. I have a few watches on rotation for myself and my son always asked me for a watch because I was always wearing one. He loved it and honestly is frequently bragging about it to other people lol. Quality and performance is a 10. Everything you need. I would never test the water resistance on this watch or any of the watches I own, so I cannot give any honest feedback on that department. Overall this is a perfect watch, price, size and design for young and active child

My son, anticipating that there might be problems with a $12 watch (it was $11.99 in October 2019), opted to also buy the Squaretrade extended warranty. It's a good thing he did, because even though the watch looked durable and decent quality, after only 2 months it started having issues. Buttons wouldn't work, pixels disappeared, and the watch was essentially useless. Since it was past the Amazon return window, I reached out to Squaretrade, who directed me to work with the manufacturer. I came back to Amazon and sent a message to AZLAND; however, after 3 months they still have not responded. Squaretrade came through and gave me a refund, but I definitely won't be coming back to Azland for a new watch.

Bought these for my nephews for Christmas (ages 9 and 6). They loved them and still wear regularly. It's hard to think of unique gifts for them as they seem to have it all.

My 10 year old son loves his watch. The limited instructions make it a little difficult to set everything correctly, but with a little trial and error, we go it figured out. He even showers with it on just because he can.
