If you need one, these are what you need!
Funny things, suppression caps: when you *don't* have them you get interference problems. Sometimes. And when you do have them you don't get interference problems. Mostly.Anyways, this is a pack of eight caps rated at 0.22uf for 275V which is bang on for any motor suppression needs in the UK.They should be wired near either the switch or the motor (preferably the motor, although the switch is often easier!).This pack handily comes with caps that have sleeving which is an added bonus. They are also epoxy sealed which gives some comfort when it comes to high temperatures.Work well - recommended.
