I had surgery and my foot was in a cast. My toes would get so cold because I couldn’t have the weight of a blanket on my foot. This sock fit the bill perfectly. I had no trouble with it slipping off as other reviewers noted. It was great when I had to go to the doctor, it not only kept my toes warm, it covered the ratty looking end of my cast. I have pins in my toes following surgery and a shoe with open toes, so I needed a way to cover my toes so that people didn’t need to look at them. This does the trick

I had seen multiple different socks for casts, but ordered this one because it seemed like the most low-profile one. I have a walking shoe that goes over my cast, so I needed something slim to accommodate that. This little thing did the best job! The elastic is thick enough to be useful, but thin enough that it doesn't stick out. Also, since it's a little thinner, I expected to really feel the air/wind/cold through it, but it had to get well below freezing outside before that actually happened, so I was pleasantly surprised. I don't blame the sock for that, I could feel the cold through my dress pants too! My mother said that this is the smartest purchase I've ever made, and I'm inclined to agree. My girlfriend just had ankle surgery and will have a cast soon, so I ordered another one of these and had it shipped to her, it's THAT good. Plus, you can't beat the price, it's absolutely worth it.

Ordered 2 of these for my husband with a broken foot. He is in a cast for 3 weeks and needed something to keep his toes warm. This cover is soft and well made but does not fit well over his cast. Thankfully it has the elastic strap to keep it on as it does not fit well. Being we only need it for 3 weeks the covers will do. Suggest you look for different cover if you need it for a man's foot. Would be perfect for a child's foot!

This is a great item! It fits my foot over the wrappings, my toes are nice and warm. Also the color black blends in with the boot color making the whole thing look nice. I love this product have purchased four and think I might like a few more. They wash and dry nicely.

I put the toe part on and pulled the strap around to the back of my cast, but it doesn't hold. It just slides right off. There is not any type of grip to keep the strap in place. Considering my limited mobility at the moment I'm not able to return it, so I'm keeping it to use on the handlebars of my knee wheely to hold my cell phone.

It’s fits my cast and doing its job! I plan to wear this out in public so my toes are hidden. It’s not durable-it’s cotton material. It’s not made for walking on.I’m happy with this purchase! Hopefully it will last a decent about of time
