These feel like they are fairly heavy duty for their size. I got these for an outside cabinet and so far they are holding up fine. However, after going back and looking more at the description it feels like they should only be used inside. I should have looked at that closer but oh well, I hope they do not rust on me. On the positive side though, if they do, they are not that expensive to replace. Good quality casters for a good price.

I've given these wheels a good look-over and they are made well. The included screws are adequate for the job too. Each castor swivels and has a braking pedal. To apply you press hard on the tab and a thinner piece of metal digs into the neoprene wheel. To dis-engage the brake you flip the tab back up with your foot. It is tough to do but I think after you build your bench it should be easier to do. For me, I am always building tables and specialty work benches so finding quality castors is necessary. Be mindful when attaching these. Make sure there is enough clearance to allow the wheel to rotate and activate the brake.Cheers

I used these on a small workshop cabinet that I have a benchtop drill press and a bench sander on (total load maybe 100-120#). The treads are fairly soft, making it a bit difficult to get it rolling, or getting the caster to swivel, but once moving it’s okay. It feels like the tread has also acquired a flat spot where the wheel has been unmoved for any period of time. However, the caster is high quality. I think maybe I’m not using it in its optimal application.

We used these to make a plant caddy for a very large pot. It weighs about 200lbs and these are rolling it on the patio with no problem. I will probably order more.

These casters roll smoothly, and the polyurethane material helps with that. Being two inches in diameter, I wouldn't use these on anything too large or heavy like a toolbox, not because they couldn't support it - it says they can support 600 pounds - but because the smaller the wheel, the more likely you are to run into something that they have trouble traversing. It's not the fault of these casters, it applies to all casters of this size. But it's really good for making mobile smaller and lighter objects like a low metal cabinet, the base for a tool or a cart. The lock prevents the wheel from rolling as well as swiveling. At the right price, this is a good set of casters if you're looking for something in this size.

I used these to hold up my drill press. They're effortlessly holding about 300 lbs, and could probably handle more. They come with screws and washers needed to install them. For some reason they even threw in a screwdriver. I recommend pre-drilling the screw holes as these are pretty good size screws. The breaks are a good size and reasonably easy to use. The axles are held by screws so you could change the wheels in the future. Smooth action. Great item.

Although these are a bit smaller than I expected I am still going to replace the 5" casters I use on my workbench. I have been looking for something that can get the height down to a bit more comfortable height. These are rated at 600 Lbs. which should be way more than I need for the workbench. These came with all the Screws needed for mounting and even a small screwdriver for assisting in the installation. I would suggest pre-drilling to keep your project pieces from splitting out. These are great little casters that roll smooth and lock easy.

these a made very well! I used them for a guitar speaker cabinet and they turned out awesome. they look cool too!
