I use this for leather edges as well as surfacing some leather. It has worked well for both purposes. I have not melted any yet however I may mix it with some cheap candle wax to wax some canvas.

I bought this to use to sticking windows and dresser drawers. It worked beautifully. This is really a clean product of excellent quality and having it come in several small blocks made it easy to use.

The handy size of the blocks is good. I’m a purist… I like to use cotton cord, and dressing it with beeswax renders it water resistant and more durable. Rubbing rough, unfinished wood with beeswax makes the wood weather resistant, and gives the wood a mellow look and comfortable feel.

I've been using this product for about six months now for my woodturning projects and the wax applies easily to the wood as it spins on the lathe, and then I work it in to the wood with an old sock. It gives me a good protective coating that is also food safe.

I needed the bees wax to melt on to my boots to improve the polish shine and it worked the way I wanted it to do great very happy
